Volby v obvodech nejsou v rozporu se zákonem
Agenturní zpráva ČTK vydaná v pondělí 13. listopadu informuje o rozhodnutí ostravského krajského soudu, který zamítl návrhy podané občany na zrušení platnosti komunálních voleb v Olomouci kvůli rozdělení na pět volebních obvodů.
Občané, kteří zpochybňují platnost voleb, poukazují na to, že rozdělení na volební obvody poškozuje menší volební strany. Rozhodnutí soudu však potvrzuje, že rozdělení statutárního města OLomouc na volební obvody není v rozporu se zákony České republiky. Stejné stanovisko už dříve zaujalo i ministerstvo vnitra. Své zastupitele volí občané ve městě Olomouci rozděleném na volební obvody už od roku 1994.
