Zprovoznění opravené lesní cesty Horecká
Poněkud netradičně osobně na bicyklech a na in-line bruslích otestovali olomoučtí radní nově zrekonstruovanou lesní cestu Horecká poblíž Horky nad Moravou. Oprava půldruhého kilometru dlouhého úseku v městském polesí si vyžádala náklady ve výši 7,25 mil. korun.
Komplexní oprava lesní cesty v délce 1,5 kilometru zahrnovala vedle odvodnění a položení asfaltového povrchu také rekonstrukci poškozeného mostku přes potok Cholinka. Rekonstrukci komunikace v areálu městských lesů v katastru obce Horka nad Moravou financovalo statutární město Olomouc s využitím evropské dotace ve výši 3,88 mil. Kč z Programu rozvoje venkova ČR, který administruje Státní zemědělský a intervenční fond.
Lesní cesta poblíž Centra ekologických aktivit Sluňákov je součástí oblíbené cyklotrasy v Litovelském Pomoraví. Kvalitní asfaltový povrch na nově opraveném úseku však přilákal s příchodem jara také velké množství vyznavačů módního in-line bruslení. Stavební práce prováděla firma JR stavby CZ Olomouc v druhé polovině roku 2008 a dokončila je už v prosinci.
„Podpora stále více populárního in-linového bruslení je jednou z našich priorit v tomto volebním období. Proto jsme rádi za každý nově opravený úsek, který tuto finančně nenáročnou a hlavně zdraví prospěšnou aktivitu umožňuje. Uvědomujeme si ale zároveň, že soužití příliš velkého množství cyklistů a bruslařů může být nebezpečné. Do budoucna bychom proto chtěli, aby lesní cesta Horecká sloužila spíše cykloturistům při výletech do Litovelského Pomoraví. Vyznavačům in-linového bruslení chceme totiž vylepšit zázemí a podmínky zejména v oblasti Chválkovických pasek a na Hejčínských loukách,“ řekl primátor Martin Novotný.
