Zapomenuté Javoříčko
V olomouckém Vlastivědném muzeu bude ve čtvrtek 15. dubna 2010 v 16 hodin slavnostně zahájena putovní výstava Zapomenuté Javoříčko. Výstava potrvá do 28. dubna a zájemci ji mohou navštívit denně kromě pondělí od 9 do 18 hodin.
Tragické osudy malé obce na Bouzovsku v posledních dnech druhé světové války představují autoři výstavy PhDr. Pavel Urbášek, ředitel Archivu UP, a Filip Žáček, předseda Iniciativy pro podporu vypálených obcí. Dne 5. května 1945 byla obec zřejmě pod záminkou spolupráce s partyzány přepadena zvláštním komandem SS z hradu Bouzova a vypálena. Třicet osm mužů bylo zavražděno a ženy s dětmi byly vyhnány. Přestože první pietní tryzna se v Javoříčku konala již v září 1945 a zúčastnilo se jí kolem 20 000 lidí, slovo „zapomenuté“ v názvu výstavy poukazuje na skutečnost, že v naší národní historii zůstává především během posledních dvou desetiletí javoříčská tragédie poněkud ve stínu obcí Lidice a Ležáky.
Slavnostní zahájení této výstavy se uskuteční za účasti představitelů Olomouckého kraje, Univerzity Palackého a autorů výstavy. V doprovodném programu vystoupí Ateneo, komorní smíšený sbor Univerzity Palackého, pod vedením doc. PaedDr. Pavla Režného, Ph.D.
V loňském roce nad výstavou převzali záštitu Ing. Miloslav Vlček, předseda Poslanecké sněmovny Parlamentu ČR, a prof. RNDr. Lubomír Dvořák, CSc., tehdejší rektor Univerzity Palackého v Olomouci.
